The Jewish Association of The Philippines warmly welcomes Rabbi Refael, and Rabbanit Mor Mimran to the community.
Rabbi and Rabbanit Mimran were warmly welcomed with a Kabbalat Shabbat with Gan Etz HaHaim, a community kiddush and a Tea with the ladies of the Welcome Center. All of which were sponsored by The Welcome Center.
